I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and graduated from El Paso High School in 1970 and attended The University of Texas in El Paso. I was a single parent for 16 years before I met and married my true love, whom I have been married to for almost 18 years, Eric Jason Seymore.
Our daughter, Melissa Elaine (Muniz) Ross, and son in law, Dr. James Mathew Ross, have for children Noah, Nerriah, Nathan and Nina and they reside here in Tulsa. He is a family and maternity physician at SouthCrest Hospital. We are members of Grace Church; we have a 2nd home in Ruidoso, New Mexico, that we love to visit. WE LOVE our grandkids and try often to play and see them. We love riding Eric’s bike and now a classic 66 Chevy truck.
During the scope of my employment, I have been secretaries to Managers of big Insurance Companies and Sales Clerks, I have held my license in Adjusting and Licensed to sell insurance, I was a Legal Assistant for The State Bar of Texas in El Paso for 8 years, and I was the owner of my father’s company, The Best Floor Covering Company in El Paso for 9 years. When my husband joined us, we became Best Floor Covering and Remodeling, Inc as Eric took a little mom and pop, carpet and vinyl store, to Wood-Ceramic and remodeling, he was then offered a job with Mohawk Industries which brought us to Tulsa. He was the hard surface representative, and worked hard until it was time to join me, and we became a team now known as The Seymore Home Team with Keller Williams Realty, whom we find to be the best company to work for. As an individual selling predominately Hispanic I sold 11,000,000.00. Together as a team we have already sold over 15,000,000.00 making a total of 25,000,000.00 Million SOLD in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. We are in the top 10% of producing agents in our market center.
Ofie has been in the ALC for 8 years, which is the Associates Legal Council, and Eric has been a member for the past 4 years. Together they were awarded the Charles Bowles Inspiration Award in 2006, which is awarded for Outstanding Commitment and Dedication for Keller Williams Realty.
Ofie was recently acknowledged by the County Commissioners and received a Commission to the Hispanic County Commissioner’s Court.
